The arrival of new born brings a lot of happy moments and memories. But for your kind reminder, it comes with a lot of body changes. You might have fine lines, dark undereyes, fat accumulated around breasts, tummy, arms and thighs. The one thing that is most common among women after pregnancy is stretch marks. Stretch marks usually develops when your body looses a significant amount of weight suddenly. And to be honest, stretch marks aren’t beautiful. No one wants those imposed lines sneaking from the beautiful low waist saree. So today I am here to tell you my secrets of reducing stretch marks without any medical treatment.

Here are some home tips to get rid of stretch marks

1. Oil Treatment :

The most effective way is to apply oil on the affected areas. I have been on to oil therapy since I gave birth and have got visible results from this treatment. Massaging thw affected areas with oils make your skin smooth and help reducing the stretch marks.

a. Olive Oil: Olive oil is known for its moisturizing and exfoliating properties. It improves blood circulation and removes stretch marks effectively. You can apply the oil overnight on your marks and rinse it off in the morning. You can also add few drops of lemon juice into the oil and apply it on the skin.

b. Castor Oil: Castor oil is rich in vitamins and moisturizes the skin. Apply castor oil on the stretch marks and massage the area gently into circular motion for about 10 minutes. Cover it with a hot napkin to open the pores. Clean the area and repeat the process regularly for about a month to get desired results.

c. Vitamin E Oil : You can extract the oil from vitamin E capsule. Mix it with any mosturizer and use regularly on the stretch marks. It gives effective results by fading off the marks.

2. Aloe Vera :

I personally suggest using Aloe Vera on stretch marks as it is natural and promotes healing ams soothes your skin. Use fresh aloe vera gel rather than the one available in the market. You can run it directly over the skin and leave it for 15 minutes and wash it off using water. Apply daily on the affected areas.

3. Egg Whites :

Eggs are rich in protien and helps to rejuvenate the skin and makes it look fresh. Clean the affected area and apply a thick layer of beaten egg whites using a makeup brush. Once dried, rinse it off using cold water. Apply mosturizer to keep the skin supple and smooth. Apply this daily for atleast 2 weeks for good results.

4. Sugar :

Sugar is one of the best remedies for stretch marks. It lightens the stretch marks and rejuvenates your skin. Take one tbsp of sugar and mix it with almond oil. Scrub the affected area and clean it after 10 minutes. Doing this everyday for a month gives good results.

5. Water :

To reduce stretch marks, keep your skin hydrated. Consume atleast 10-12 glasses of water every day to keep your skin hydrated. It keeps your skin supple and restores its elasticity.

These home remedies are surely gonna help you out a lot and you will see the visible difference in your skin. Its time to flaunt that perfect waist!!
