With so many things going around us, it’s so hard to stay thankful & grateful for things we have in our life! We can also call these as time testers as more pressure reveals our true personalities & that’s when it’s important to anchor our emotions & stay calm.

My elder one’s school organized a counselling session last week & they did a little “Jar of Gratitude” activity with the kids.

The activity was about drawing a Jar & drawing things for which we are grateful in life.

After she shared the picture with us, I was so tempted to create my version of the same.

Sharing the jar made by me!!

What are you Grateful for

Do try doing this activity with your family / kids & encourage them to think, ponder & draw things that they are grateful for. You can also share those pics with me on Instagram or Facebook!!
