Hunger and weather, both are unpredictable. You never know when it strikes and flusters you. These hunger pangs hardly let us wait to cook and snack up something,especially when you are in the middle of some work and want to have a quick snack that keeps you full for a while. So we have shortlisted some easy snack recipes that get ready in 10 minutes and are handy to make.

1. Cheese Onion Toast: Is it raining and you want to cook something delicious for that hi-tea time? Cheese onion toast with a cup of hot coffee is a perfect combination.
Ingredients:
● ¾ cup grated cheese
● ½ cup finely chopped onions
● 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
● 4 toasted bread slices
● 2 tbsp Butter
● Salt

Method:
1. Combine cheese and 1 tbsp butter in a bowl and mix it well.
2. Add onions, chili suace and salt and mix it well.
3. Divide the topping into 4 equal portions.
4. Apply 1 portion topping on each bread slice.
5. Now grease a baking tray with butter and bake the toast in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 5 minutes.
6. Cut into triangles and serve.

2. Carrot Dosa: A soft dosa made up of rice flour and grated carrots. Ideal for breakfast and snacks. Crispy yet soft, you will love every bite of it.
Ingredients:
● 1 cup grated carrots
● 1 cup rice flour
● ½ cup grated coconut
● 2 tsp sugar
● 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
● 5 tbsp curd
● Salt to taste
● Oil for cooking

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients with 1 ½ cups of water and mix well to get a dosa batter like consistency.
2. Heat a non stick tawa and grease it with oil.
3. Pour the batter on the tawa and spread it evenly in rounds.
4. Cook the dosa till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
5. Serve immediately with green chutney.

3. Paneer Pudina Tikki: A scrumptious snack or a starter that has the creaminess of paneer and the freshness of pudina. A very interesting combination that can be made easily within minutes.
Ingredients:
● 1 cup grated paneer
● ¼ cup chopped mint leaves
● 2 tsp chopped green chilli
● 1 tbsp cornflour
● Salt to taste
● Oil for.brushing
● 1 tsp chaat masala

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and make tikkis out of it.
3. Heat a non stick tawa and brush some oil on it.
4. Now place the tikkis on tawa and cook from both the sides until they turn golden brown.
5. Sprinkle chaat masala on the top and serve with chutney or ketchup.

4. Chiili Bean Dip with chips: A spicy combo of beans and garlic for your monsoon cravings. It is a great dip for your chips, fries and other snacks.
Ingredients:
● ¾ cup baked beans
● 1 tbsp oil
● ½ tsp jeera
● 1 tsp chopped garlic
● ¼ cup chopped spring onions
● ¼ cup cheese spread
● 1 tsp chilli powder
● Salt to taste
● 2 tbsp chopped coriander

Method:
1. Heat oil in pan and add jeera.
2. When the jeera crackles, add garlic and onions and saute for 2 minutes
3. Add bakee beans and cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add cheese spread, chilli powder,salt, coriander and 2 tbsp water.
5. Cook it on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve warm with chips.
