  • Cut the paneer into cubes and lightly deep fry it.

  • Add ginger garlic paste, pepper, salt, tomato, and sugar; cook till it gets pulpy.
  • Make a paste of cashew by adding some milk to it. Once it is made keep it aside.
  • Pour milk into the pan, add paneer to it followed by adding salt, cloves, basil leaf, green chilli and cream to it.
  • Cook it for 20 minutes and observe the consistency. If it has got thicker then taste it and garnish it with mint leaves if you want to and serve it.
