  • After 5 to 10 minutes add the washed rice to the utensil.

  • On the other side take tomatoes and onions and chop them.
  • Add the chopped onion and tomatoes together to the grinder.
  • Grind them till you get a thick consistency.
  • Add some red chilli powder, turmeric and ginger garlic paste to the pan.
  • Cook this mixture till the oil gets separated.
  • After that add the paste of tomatoes and onion to the pan, also add salt according to your taste.
  • Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes then add paneer cubes to it.

  • Take a pan, add oil, and let it heat.
  • Cut the paneer into cubes and lightly deep fry it.
  • Pour fresh oil into the pan, and let it heat.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, pepper, salt, tomato, and sugar; cook till it gets pulpy.
  • Make a paste of cashew by adding some milk to it. Once it is made keep it aside.
  • Pour milk into the pan, add paneer to it followed by adding salt, cloves, basil leaf, green chilli and cream to it.
  • Cook it for 20 minutes and observe the consistency. If it has got thicker then taste it and garnish it with mint leaves if you want to and serve it.
