1. Tomato Chutney: Very basic, tangy and the most popular. Tomato chutney is loved by both kids and adults equally.
Ingredients:
● 1 onion chopped
● 4 tomatoes chopped
● 1 tsp jeera powder
● 3 green chillies chopped
● 1 tbsp coriander chopped
● Salt to taste
● 2 tsp sugar
● 1 tsp coriander powder
● ½ tsp turmeric
● ½ tsp red chilli powder
● Juice of 1 lemon
● 2 tbsp oil

Method:
a. Take oil in a pan,add onions and saute till light brown.
b. Now add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and let it cook for 10 mins or till tomatoes become soft.
c. Add salt,sugar, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
d. Cook again for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice.
e. Now garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.

2. Mooli ki Chutney: Ever heard of it? Many of you must have tried it but this recipe is surely gonna give you a blast of flavors in mouth.
Ingredients:
● 1 cup radish grated
● ¼ cup mint leaves
● ¼ cup coriander leaves
● 2 tsp roughly chopped green chillies
● ½ cup fresh curd
● Salt to taste

Method:
a. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer jar and blend smooth.
b. Serve immediately with hot paranthas.

3. Mysore Chutney: A famous South Indian chutney, served along with dosas and idlis.
Ingredients
● ½ cup chana dal
● 1 tbsp urad dal
● 2 tbsp oil
● 5 whole red chillies broken into pieces
● 1 tbsp chopped jaggery
● 3 garlic cloves
● ½ tbsp tamarind pulp
● 4 peppercorns
● ¾ cup grated coconut
● 1 tsp chilli powder
● Salt to taste

Method
a. Heat oil in a pan. Add chana dal and urad dal on medium flame or till they turn brown.
b. Add red chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
c. Add jaggery, garlic, tamarind pulp and peppercorns and cook for another 1 minute on medium flame.
d. Add coconut, chilli powder and salt and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
e. Allow it to cool. Blend the chutney in a mixer with one cup of water into a smooth paste.
f. Serve with dosas,idlis or vadas.

4. Garlic chutney: Another quick chutney that can be prepared in no time. A fiery taste to excite your taste buds.
Ingredients:
● ½ cup garlic
● 3 tbsp red chilli powder
● ½ tsp lemon juice
● Salt

Method:
a. Combine all the ingredients and blend them well with 2 tbsp water to a smooth paste.
b. Serve immediately or store in air tight container.
