Kids seem to be bored of eating the same old breakfast & they wanted to eat some pancakes today. Since we are on our Day 10 of Self Quarantine, I thought of using our regular desi ingredients to pull off some soft, fluffy pancakes at home.

Here’s what you need:

Whole Wheat Flour (Atta): 1 katori
Almond oil: 2 drops
Full Cream Milk: 3/4 cup
Baking Soda: 2 pinch
Cocoa Powder: 2 tsps

Mix all the dry & wet ingredients together for about a minute OR two.

I prefer using my mixer for the same.

Now take the non stick or heavy duty pan & grease the pan with butter.

Now put batter in little circles & let it cook on medium flame.

Once you see the bubbles on one side, it’s time to flip. I added a few choco chips too.

I served the pancakes with some Nutella & Banana & Kids loved it.
