Coming from a punjabi family, this paratha holds a very dear place in my heart & childhood memories. This also emphasis on how we can reuse rice in different ways & create something new out of it every time.

Let’s get started with this easy peasy recipe wherein all you need is:

  • Leftover Boiled Rice: 1 Katori
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Green Chilli: 2
  • Coriander leaves – finely chopped
  • Ajwain: 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp

Mix all the ingredients for filling.

Roll the dough for paratha, follow the regular process of paratha making & cook with nicely & crisp with Desi Ghee.
